Can I order without signing up?
You can, but we recommend creating an account so you get order updates and faster checkout.

Do you offer shade charts?
Yes! Each brand includes detailed shade descriptions and charts on their product pages.

Why do you collect personal info?
We collect details like your name, email, address, and payment info to process your order and ensure secure delivery. We take privacy seriously and do not store payment info directly on our servers. All payment info like card numbers is stored by Stripe.

Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
How do I apply a code?
Enter your discount code at checkout to apply it.

When will I be charged?
Your card is charged at checkout.
How do I know if a product is eligible for a promo?
Apply coupon code at the cart and the discount should be provided if eligible.
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You can also login with your email to see the order status. If any issue email questions@our.style.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! Free shipping is available on orders above $95. Check your cart at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.50 but shipping fees can vary based on your order and location. You’ll see them at checkout.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it!
Email us at questions@our.style. Include:

*Which items were missing
Can I get shipping refunded?
We replace the product when items are lost.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
Will I get my refund back on my original payment method?
We work with you to get the items you ordered. If the items are lost or damaged we will work with you to replace it. We do not refund for items you do not like or find disappointing and encourage you to read reviews and try sampling where available.
What if I got the wrong item, size, or color?
Email us within 7 days at questions@our.style with:
*Your email and order number
*What went wrong (wrong item, size, or color)
*A photo of the item, if needed
Returns and refunds are processed and managed by the brands that fulfill your orders. We will work with them to process your request within the limits of our policies.
